Lying on the Western swimming beach, the Pacific Beach Hotel is popular with families from Jakarta and Bandung. During weekdays and off school holidays, guests are treated to a 76 room hotel with modern and comfortable rooms.
The rooms have televisions but no cable. The toilets are spotless.
The medium size swimming pool is a treat unless you go during school holidays.
It can get very noisy and crammed with screaming kids. If you are traveling with kids, it is a bonus, as your child will find some friends their own age.
The restaurant does not serve alcohol although the food is surprisingly good.
